Scope of these Terms
All deliveries and services are provided on the basis of the following T&C. In addition, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) on the contract of sale as well as the applicable laws and regulations of Switzerland shall apply.
Offer and Conclusion of Contract
By ordering the desired goods and clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a contract, which is accepted by Bubblerobot without further confirmation by dispatching the goods.
Our prices are generally non-binding. An offer is valid until revoked unless otherwise agreed in writing. The purchase is concluded upon acceptance of the order. Our confirmation is decisive for the scope and execution of the delivery. No right of withdrawal is granted.
If you wish to order larger quantities of goods or goods for commercial resale, please contact us for an individual order.
Our Right
Bubblerobot is entitled to withdraw from the contract, including with regard to any outstanding part of the delivery or service, if false information has been provided about your creditworthiness.
Retention of Title
Until the purchase price and associated costs have been paid in full, the delivered goods remain our property.
Liability
We exclude liability for lost or damaged items in accordance with Swiss provisions. If other provisions can be asserted, our liability is limited to the value of the transferred transaction. If the customer resells the products, the customer is responsible for compliance with domestic and foreign export regulations. If the customer modifies the resold products, the customer is liable for any resulting damages towards us, the buyer, or third parties.
Data Security
Data is encrypted using proven SSL technology. Each transaction is authorized and verified online by the responsible credit card companies. Blocked or incorrect cards cannot be used. We undertake not to sell or pass on customer data to third parties.
Intellectual Property Protection
Bubblerobot is the owner of the design. Our trademarks, trade names, designs, products and the website content are protected by copyright. Any modification, reproduction or imitation is prohibited.
Product Colors
Bubblerobot endeavors to depict the colors of the products as faithfully as possible. Please note that slight deviations may occur between the colors shown and the actual shades. Minor color deviations are usually due to display settings on monitors and do not constitute a defect.
Final Provisions
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Swiss law applies exclusively, even if orders are placed from abroad or deliveries are made abroad. The parties will endeavor to settle any disputes arising from the performance of this contract amicably. By placing an order, the purchaser accepts these Terms and Conditions. Bubblerobot reserves the right to change the T&C at any time.
